YARD SALE RULES & TERMS OF PARTICIPATION
Please read the information below carefully. When you sign the registration form to reserve a yard sale space, you agree to abide by all the rules and regulations listed below. If you are reserving a space online, you will be asked to sign a registration form on the day of the event. Thank you for your cooperation!
 
COVID-19 NOTICE
All participants are encouraged to wear face coverings, practice hand hygiene, use barriers or tables to maintain physical distancing to the extent possible, and ensure that shoppers do not crowd sales area. There will be hand sanitization stations set up on site. While setting up your area, try and organize your items in a way that would limit the amount of people that may touch them.
 
SET-UP
• The yard sale will occur on Saturday, October 24th, from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. in the parking lot of the Hwy 76 Liberty Campus.
• Upon arrival you will be greeted by volunteers and directed to a space in the designated yard sale area. Spaces will be assigned as participants arrive (first come, first served).
• Spaces are 8′ x 13′ (a standard parking space). Remember to bring a table or shelf to display your items on.
• Please arrive to set up between 6:30 a.m. and 7:45 a.m., no earlier.
• Participants are responsible for pricing all items.  
• Participants will need to bring change (monetary) for the sale of their items.
• Parking of vehicles will be in the designated areas. No parking in the grass please.
• Yard Sale will start promptly at 8 a.m.
• In the case of rain, the yard sale will be moved to a later date.  
 
BREAK-DOWN
• Please plan to monitor your space throughout the yard sale.  
• Breakdown starts at 12 p.m.
• It is arranged for Providence Ministries to pick-up any unsold items that participants do not want to keep.
 
RESTRICTIONS
Please note that the following are prohibited at the Liberty Baptist Church Yard Sale:
  • Food sales without proper permits
  • Firearms or explosives or other hazardous materials
  • Illegal substances
  • Pornography
  • Subject matter generally considered inappropriate for a family atmosphere or children
  • Live animals
  • Stolen items
  • Alcohol, prescription and/or illegal drugs
