Weekly Gatherings

Connect Worship

Every Wednesday at 6:30p young people from grades 6-12 meet on the third floor of LBC. You can expect to play intense games, eat good snacks, have intimate worship with God, and be introduced to a small group that can relate to you!

Life Groups

On Wednesday nights we have our small groups after worship but also continue this on Sunday mornings where we devote more time to dive into Bible study. We have groups for Middle School Girls, High School Girls, Middle School Guys, and High School Guys. These classes meet on the first floor of LBC at 10am!.

Annual Events

Our annual events: Strength To Stand (winter retreat in January), D-NOW Weekend in March, Summer Theme Nights each week, Beach Camp in July, Student Leadership Retreat in October, Friendsgiving and Flag Football in November, and CONNECT Christmas in December!

Leadership Growth Opportunities

Leadership Growth: We believe the next generation must have strong leadership and that it must start NOW! We have five different leadership teams that anyone can be a part of. The teams your student can join are Tech Team, Food Team, Worship Team, Planning Team, and Welcome Team. Once a quarter we have an entirely student led service that these leaders put on. The only requirement to join our leadership teams is to attend one meeting a month on the first Wednesday of that month and fill out our leadership team application. We believe in our leaders, invest in them heavily, and hold them to a high standard!

Connect Nights

The last Wednesday of every month is our student ministry’s most exciting night; we call it, CONNECT NIGHT! We have a theme on these weeks that you can dress up to (and win a prize for being best dressed!), we have a guest worship team and speaker come in, give away door prizes, and eat really well!

Mission Opportunities

While we love to have fun and see our students grow, we also love to see our students serve! That’s why we offer opportunities throughout the year for students to use their gifts and abilities to serve God and others. Whether it’s preparing a meal at the Ronald McDonald House, doing a backyard Backyard Bible club in Spring Place, or taking an international mission trip, we want our students to experience the joy that comes with serving others and sharing Jesus.
