Liberty Ft O Online Bulletin – July 25, 2021

Engage Now:

We want to connect with you!
We’re asking EVERYONE (members and guests) to take just a moment and click on the Connection Card button at the bottom of this section. Please submit one per household and let us know how you’re engaging with Liberty this week.
Outdoor Baptism- Mark your calendar for our Every 1 Matters Outdoor Baptism event scheduled for August 15th at Red Clay Resort. This is a fantastic time for our campuses to come together and celebrate new life in Christ. If you need to be baptized and would like to participate in this special event, please make a note on a Connection Card or email us here. Opportunities for baptism will continue to be available on any Sunday or Thursday as well.
VBS Bash- Today is our VBS Bash immediately following the service (12-2 pm) where kids will learn just how TREASURED they are to God. They will also get to see our own, Doug White, former Cirque du Soliel trial cyclist, give an incredible exhibition. Online registration is available here.
New Communication System- We’re excited to be rolling out a new online church communication system called Realm. This process will take place over the course of several months but will give our Liberty community and staff greater functionality and efficiency to communicate with each other and our guests. Over the next couple of weeks, every member and regular attender will receive a Welcome Email. Please use this to set up your account in order for us to begin adding you to the appropriate classes, groups, and events. For any technical questions you may have, please contact
School Supply Donations- We are now collecting basic school supplies for the children in need at our Spring Place campus. If you would like to participate, donations can be brought here to the church anytime before August 15th.
Yokefellow Nominations- We are currently taking nominations for our 2021-22 Yokefellow Ministry. These are men who work alongside our ministers and deacons to help serve our congregation. Cards, with additional info, are available in the foyer for you to make your nomination. When completed, please turn your card in to Jeff Epperson or Clint Strickland.
Discipleship Classes- A critical part of the christian life is growth through discipleship. We have several classes to help you understand the Bible better and connect with other believers. For women, we have the study, Seeking Him by Nancy Demoss, that meets Wednesday nights online. To join this group, simply contact Melanie White at 423-838-4999.
For our men, there is also a Wednesday night group available that meets 6:30-8pm and is studying Celebration of Discipline by Robert Foster.  Class facilitator is Steve Hornsby.
As always, join us in person or online for our Sunday morning life group at 9:30am.
Baptism – In order to observe social distancing and safety protocols we are making baptism available during any Sunday service. If you would like to participate in believer’s baptism, please email Janette Ray.
Nursery Worker- If you know someone who would be interested in a paid nursery worker position to help us get that ministry available again, please contact Jeff Epperson.
